Description
Now I'm one of those guys that don't like to work out, but I concider myself in pretty good shape. Now there's a lot of reasons that I don't like to go to the gym hell I tried yoga once and didn't like it and I'm not a fan of aerobics either, but this guy is an I think we know the reason don't we.

I don't go to the gym but I still work out. My dad has a weight set that I use and even if you don't have a weight set you can still do push-ups, pull ups, sit ups, Jumping jacks.
